Hello, I’m Kohashi, a veterinary nurse at Arias Pet Clinic.

Are you worried about visiting a veterinary clinic because you are not comfortable speaking Japanese?

Please don't worry. We have a staff member who can communicate in English.

We can support you in English as much as possible, including discussing your pet's symptoms and explaining the examination and treatment.

We also offer basic grooming and care services, such as nail trimming and anal gland expression.

When your beloved pet is feeling unwell, we don't want language barriers to prevent you from visiting a veterinary clinic.

Our staff is here to help you and your pet feel comfortable and at ease.
